Mommy and Me Aprons
I recently sewed some Mommy & Me Aprons out of this cute cat fabric. I used a store bought apron as a template for cutting my apron and then cut a smaller version for Sophie.
I couldnât find any bias tape in the right shade of blue so I made my own using this tutorial from Made Everyday. Give it a tryâŚItâs actually pretty easy to do and gives you so many more color options, including the ability to make patterned bias tape. If you need help with attaching bias tape, this tutorial explains the proper way to attach it as well as a short cut way to attach it.
Sophie loves her new apron that matches Mommy!
We had fun wearing our aprons recently when Sophie helped me cook corn for dinner.
The best part was getting a big hug from my girl as thanks for her pretty apron!
