SHIPPING

  • We strive to ship out all orders within 3 business days unless stated otherwise in the product description. 
  • Please allow for additional processing time for custom or personalized items. If production time is expected to take longer than 5 business days, we will contact you via email with an estimated turn-around time.
  • Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First-Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on weight. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at check-out based on your zip code.
  • Local pick-up is available in North Mount Pleasant for those in the Charleston, SC area. Simply select local pick-up at checkout, and you’ll receive an email letting you know when your order is ready.

RETURNS

  • We stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items purchased directly from our website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, with some exceptions noted below.
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings, customized or personalized items, or products you didn’t purchase directly from our website. If you made your purchase from one of our retail partners, you’ll need to return it there within the guidelines of their return policy.
  • To start a return, please send an email to madeonmaidstone@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your return, provided that the item is in original condition.
  • We will cover return shipping for any item that arrives damaged. If your return is not due to a defect, you will be expected to pay return shipping.
  • Processing fees will not be refunded for payments made by credit card. We partner with Square to accept credit card payments. Effective 4/11/23, Square will no longer refund processing fees when we issue full or partial refunds to our customers, therefore your refund will be your purchase price less credit card processing fees.
  • Gifts can be exchanged for another item of equal value or store credit.
  • We will replace any items that are received damaged or defective. We do our best to ensure that all orders are packaged securely but occasionally things happen in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues.
