Family Photos 2015 + Navy & Green Quatrefoil Dresses
What better place to have our family photos taken this year than on the front porch of our new home, and on the nearby walking trails. We are absolutely loving it here! Our house and this neighborhood is everything we dreamed of and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.
I made both mine and the girl’s dresses and adore how they turned out. Sophie and Audrey’s dresses were made with Butterick pattern B5914. I used a lime green quatrefoil fabric accented it with a navy blue monogram and ruffled grosgrain ribbon trim along the hems.

I’m obsessed with the classic style of my dress, which is straight out of the 50s but with a modern twist. It has a wrap bodice with a collar and a full circle skirt. The navy quatrefoil fabric coordinated perfectly with the navy accents on the girl’s dresses. I made my dress with McCalls pattern M7081.
