Crocheted Bunny Slippers
These are hands-down, without-a-doubt the CUTEST thing I’ve ever made!
I just can’t get enough of them! I made them from cotton yarn so that they’d be cool and comfy for summertime. They were made with Peaches and Creme 100% cotton yarn in White & Aqua. The soles are doubled for extra comfort, and make such a nice contrast with the pale blue yarn.

And they’re even more adorable with a sweet little pair of feet in them!
Perfect for lounging on a lazy afternoon….
I brought them to the hospital when Audrey was born and gave them to Sophie as a special present when she came to visit. I had been crocheting a lot for Audrey (The Audrey Hat, Crocheted Baby Slippers) and I wanted Sophie to have something extra special too.
I hate to show you what they look like now… Let’s just say they’ve been well-loved and well-worn over the past few months!
I have to admit they weren’t the easiest crochet project I’ve ever done. The double soles are a bit tricky to connect, and it’s a tedious task to sew on the ears and tail and stitch on the eyes and nose, but in the end it was so worth it when I saw the finished product.
The Bunny Slipper pattern is available from Two Girls Patterns. There’s a pattern available in adult size too. I just might have to make a pair for myself!
