Shipping policy

We strive to ship out most orders within 3 business days (M-F). Please allow for additional processing time for custom or personalized items. If production time is expected to take longer than 5 business days, we will contact you via email with an estimated turn-around time.
Orders are shipped with UPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $50. Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at check-out based on your zip code. You may upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional fee.
We can not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delivery time is ultimately managed by UPS and we no not have control over any delays or issues that occur once the package has shipped.
Local pick-up is available in North Mount Pleasant for those in the Charleston, SC area. Select local pick-up at checkout, and you’ll receive an email letting you know when your order is ready.
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
